				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In timpul sarcinii nevoile nutritionale ale organismului se schimba. Pentru a le satisface si a asigura o buna dezvoltare intrauterina a copilului, o alimentatie sanatoasa si echilibrata este prioritara.</p>
<p>Din dieta nu trebuie sa lipseasca nici una dintre cele patru categorii de alimente: carbohidrati (cereale), lactate, carne, fructe si legume. Cu toate acestea, unele alimente trebuie evitate sau consumate in cantitati mici fiindca pot avea efecte negative asupra dezvoltarii fatului. Printre acestea se numara carnea &#8220;in sange&#8221;, pestele oceanic congelat, branzeturile de origine necontrolata, laptele crud si ceaiul negru.</p>
