<p style="text-align: justify;">Eu recomand sa se efectueze cel putin 30 de minute de activitate fizica moderata pe zi, in cele mai multe zile ale saptamanii.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sportul practicat in timpul sarcinii iti da o stare de bine, imbunatateste somnul si reduce durerile si disconfortul care apar in sarcina. De asemenea, previne si trateaza diabetul gestational si ar putea sa previna aparitia preeclampsiei. In plus, rezistenta la efort si un tonus muscular bun te vor pregati pentru travaliu si pentru refacerea dupa nastere.</p>
